HUKUNCIN ZAMAN HADE HANNU DA GWIWA YAYIN DA LIMAN YAKE HUDUBA.

Da sunan Allah mai rahama mai jinkai.

Hadisi yazo daga Mu'adh bn Anas, wanda imam Ahmad ya rawaitoshi da kuma Imam Tirmidhi (514) cewa "Annabi ya hana zaman Ihtiba'i (zaman hade gwiwa da hannu kamar yadda yake a hoton sama) yayinda liman yake huduba."

Zaman ihtiba'i shi ne mutum ya haɗe ƙaurinsa da cinyarsa a zaune sannan ya kewaye su da hannayensa. 

Wannan hadisi Imam Albaniy da wasu daga masu tahƙiƙin musnad sun ingantashi. Imam Nawawiy kuma da Ibnul Arabi sun da'ifanta hadisin tare da wasu malamai.

Sai dai an samu cewa wasu daga cikin sahabbai sun yi irin wannan zama, yayin da liman yake tsaka da huɗuba, cikinsu akwai Abdullahi Bn Umar da Anas Bn Malik Allah ya ƙara yarda da su.

Ibn Qudama cikin littafin Mugniy na sa, ya nuna babu laifi idan anyi wannan zama, harma ya nuna wannan itace fahimtar Ibn Musayyib, Hasanul Basariy, Ibn Sirin, Imam Malik da kuma Shafi'i da sauransu. Allah yayi musu rahama baki ɗaya.
Ibn Qudama ya sake kawo wata ruwaya daga Ya'ala ibn Shidaad yake cewa "Sun halarci Baitil Maƙdis tare da Mu'awiya, sai suka tarar da wasu sahabban manzon Allah (S.A.W) sunyi wannan zama na ihtiba'i alhalin liman yana huɗuba... 
Ibn Qudama yana ganin cewa akwai ijma'i akan rashin karhancin wannan zama.

Nace: Haka nan an rawaito cewa wannan ra'ayi na cewa babu laifi ga wannan zaman shi ne ra'ayin malaman mazhaba guda hudu. 
Imam Baihaqiy kuwa cewa yayi, an rawaito wancan hadisin hanawar ne saboda dalilai guda biyu. Na farko zaman yana iya janyo bacci, idan mutum yayi bacci kuwa ko yayi gyangyaɗi to tabbas zai rasa khuduba. Na biyu, lokacin Annabi (S.A.W) mafi yawan mutane suna saka izari ne (kamar zani) don haka wannan zaman idan mutum yayi akwai irin motsin da idan yayi al'aurarsa zata bayyana. 

Nace: Abin da yafi shi ne barin wannan zaman, tare da cewa yinsa ba laifi ba ne mutuƙar mai yin yana da tabbacin yin zaman ba zai sanyashi bacci ba. Satin da ya gabata wanda ya yi sallah kusa da ni lokacin huduba yayi irin wannan zama kuma sai da yanki da yawa na huɗubar ya wuceshi.

Hakanan wannan hukunci bai keɓanta ga iyakar maza ba, har ma mata, don haka idan kikaje masallachi abin da yafi shi ne kiyi zama wanda ba wannan ba, tare da cewa yin sa ɗin ba haramun ba ne.
