Are we really living in the bubble? No matter how great the discovery, no matter how long time it consume, nor matter how many professors contribute... We count it zero if its incompatible with the Holy Qur'an.  We believed Qur'an and modern science are compatible. What is a science without religion?  Its not the matter of living in bubble... To live in bubble means rejecting new changes or knowledge completely... Muslims are always ready to accept new good knowledge and new discovery and they are not debunking any discovery unless when it contradict with holy Qur'an.  For the safety of your imaan learn Qur'an first.
