MERCY FOR THE WORLDS...

“And we have sent you not but as a mercy for the worlds.”
Did you know that; Never in the history of human conflict had any conqueror shed so little blood and was crowned with such remarkable success, than a prophet Muhammad (S.A.W)?

The number of his battles was 27, while he is reported to have sent out 60 forays and expedition, estimated by my beloved author Ibn Qayyim in his incomparable book 'Zad-al-ma'ad'. Although no fighting had taken place in many of them.

To make long note short; on all these battles only 1018 persons, Muslims as well as non-muslims, lost their lives.
Qadiy Muhammad sulaiman mansurpuri gives this figure after a detailed study. (Rahmatulil Alamin).

Surprisingly, within a berief period of ten years more than a million square miles was won for ISLAM.

Brig. Gulzar Ahmad in his book 'The battles of the prophet of Allah' 1975 p. 28, stated that “The islamic state expanded at an average rate of some 274 squares miles daily. At the cost of one martyr a month.

This respect for human blood is unequalled or incomparable in the history of man.

While according to the computation of the encyclopedia Britannica 64 hunred thousands lost their lives in first world war, and the number of casualties in the second ranged between 35million and 60 millions.

Yet non of these two blood-stained wars can be claimed to have done any good to the humanity nor did they solve any problem of the world.

Allah the exalted said: "Have you not seen those who have changed the blessings of Allah into disbelief, and caused their people to dwell in the house of destruction Hell in which they will burn and what an evil place to settle in." (Q. 14:28-29)
